Over the last 30 yrs Beyond Basics has drawn 1000’s of plans and now they offer over 300 of the best plans for the residential building industry. You will be dealing directly with Beyond Basics giving you a smooth transfer of plan files, web designs and software that you will use to make changes on your own.

You own the Website:

Included in your package we will supply you your own website which will include your personal company logos, contacts and information. You will choose your web name. Hosting fees are included for the 1st year. Our web designer will have your site up and running in weeks. In the end your site will mirror our site with the same simple filters for you & your customer to navigate through.

You own the Software:

All of our plans can be used as a the PDF version. Customer info and your info can be added with basic PDF tools. If you choose to alter any of our plans we supply a powerful easy to use software (Microspot Macdraft ) for your Mac or PC. It comes with easy to use drag and drop libraries designed by Beyond Basics for quick changes on any of your stock plans you purchase.
