Each plan package set includes your first and second (if applicable) floor plan, sectional view, foundation plan, and four elevations of the home. All of our plans include a full 10” foundation wall, and most plans can be modified for a walk-out basement for a minor additional charge.
All of our plan packages are reproducible allowing you to make as many copies as you need to. For your convenience we offer various sets you can purchase. Our in-house copy center allows us to offer great prices on multiple sets.
The "PDF File" provides you with an electronic version of the plan's construction documents. It’s the fastest way to receive your plans. This file format allows you to have various size copies made at your local print shop based on your needs.
A CAD package is a complete set of construction drawings in an electronic file format.
All of our CAD packages come with MacDraft Pro Software and manual. They are especially beneficial if you have a significant amount of changes to make to the home plan you have selected or if you need to make the home plan fit your local codes.
Plans can be printed in mirror reverse. These plans are useful when the house would fit your site better if all the rooms were on the opposite side than shown.
All of our plans are done in-house, so you will be dealing with the designer directly. Minor modifications will be done for you at no charge, major modifications will be charged at a per hour rate.
